This study aims especially to make some considerations on the question of affectivity to the right, describe the modern family formation as well as the rights and duties of family entities, highlighting the disaffection of the consequences for the individual training. It is the object of this study also examine how to insert the figure of moral abandonment in the field of civil liability in addition to the functions and consequences of damages. Finally, it concludes that the compensation for emotional abandonment is important children's rights guarantee instrument and more consistent teenager with today's paradigms.
